I am starting to develop Django web application at a professional level, and i am a little curious about the development prices nowadays (i live in Portugal).

How do i calculate that to give a good estimate to my client?

And also how much can i charge for maintenance? And what is maintenance exactly? Fixing bugs, adding new features?

The only reference i have is this http://www.itjobswatch.co.uk/jobs/uk/django.do and it could be a little outdated..

freelancer.com can be good reference point you can check django developers there how much money per hour are they working

based on this information you can give estimated

working hours * per hour price = total value for work

total value for work to your customer

and you can agree on that price
